I'm always skeptical of restaurants that have people outside trying to get business, seems more normal in Rome, but this aligns.
Service was fine, but maybe because we only ordered 3 dishes for 4people and no drinks, felt a bit more neglected than others.
Food was decent, the risotto was a bit undercooked and the fish was a bit small. Flavour was good, just didn't feel like it was a great meal, just filled my stomach if you know what I mean.
Eating outside at the piazza is nice and the restaurant had some decent seating. No complaints, just didn't feel like a great meal.
The very first place we came to eat! Food was amazing, staff was backed up making the wait a little long. But wouldn’t let the wait keep you from eating here. The food was amazing and great people watching. The value is pretty fantastic.
The most delicious carbonara in Rome!
The bacon is so crispy and spaghetti are delicious.
We ordered bruscetta with tomato and cheese and it was tasty.
The local red wine could be better but everything else is perfect. I recommend this place, it is in the center and view and atmosphere is amazing.
There's Italian food I've usually eaten outside of Italy, when in this country having the some amazing local Roman cuisine is something you'll definitely have here.
As soon as you walk in and see the busy tables it's a sign you made the right choice also seeing the orders of other customers. The food here is very good with everything made with extremely rich an flavourful ingredients, creating dishes beyond satisfying!
Came here on the recommendation of a good friend, and it was the absolute perfect meal for my last night in rome. Set in the heart of Camp di Fiore, the vibe here is wonderful for lunch or dinner. Ordered Antipasto Misto to start with a bottle of table wine, followed up with the best Carbonara I’ve ever had, then finished with an order of meatballs. If you have Carbonara or Cacio e Pepe on your Rome food checklist, this is the spot!
Perfect spot for lunch on our last day in Rome. Hand made pasta was amazing. The cheese was also good. Best of all were the desserts and wine. Left feeling very satisfied and full. Highly recommend for delicious food and great service. Thank you for having us.
The service was amazing, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. But the food is not authentic I’ve had better Italian food in America. Giving it a 3 star just for how incredible the staff were.
Fantastic restaurant, perfect mix of authentic local food, nice location, and lovely service!
In such a nice location, restaurants are often tourist trap... But this place felt so different, with a real authentic feel! The food was amazing: I loved the homemade fettuccine, burrata and grilled vegetable, grilled funghi porcini, and tiramisù. Also, it's one of the few restaurant around with no staff trying to get customers from the street and with Italian customers too. We went there two evenings in a row and were super happy, definitely a place I'd recommend!
